Sweetwater Care - Are you a nurse with the unique ability to navigate Point Click Care and other electronic Medical Record such as Matrix systems with ease? We are searching for you! LVN/LPNs and RNs are welcome to apply! Sweetwater Care, a Skilled Nursing Facilitator, is seeking a licensed nurse with prowess of both the set up and navigation of Point Click Care to assist the creation and facilitation of all things within the electronic medical record. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between clinical operations and technology, ensuring that electronic health record (EHR) systems meet the needs of healthcare providers. You will be responsible for supporting the integration and optimization of the EHR system, enhancing user experience, and improving workflows in the skilled nursing setting as well as assisting with the onboarding of newly acquired facilities and data copy. This position will be primarily remote, though the ability to travel for acquisitions out of state and group education is a must. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clinical staff to understand workflow needs and design solutions that enhance patient care. • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of EHR systems within the facilities • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the EHR system. • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in clinical processes. • Work with IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution. • Stay current with health informatics trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices. Qualifications: • Associates Degree in Nursing, with a current unencumbered license in California with the willingness to apply for licensure in Colorado, Kansas or another state where you can possess a compact license • Experience with PointClickCare and the developement of evaluations, systems, orders and data copy • Strong understanding of skilled nursing facilities and workflows. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
