As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the transportation team's everyday operations by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Work with large, complex datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions Develop and maintain ETLs and data visualization dashboards using Tableau to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Product, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations Utilize scripting languages, such as Python, to automate reporting tasks and improve data accuracy Document and share knowledge with team members, and mentor colleagues to become Subject Matter Experts Requirements: Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience) Creativity and User Experience foundation to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience) Business Operations fluency, with the ability to understand and root cause business problems, and a Supply Chain background with transportation experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications: Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations Experience with Python or other scripting languages Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc. What We Offer: A competitive salary, incentive awards for performance, 401(k) match, stock buy plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans, and more.
