Remote Data Entry Specialist (Part-Time) - Amazon Work from Home Opportunity

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for driving success through your diverse skillset and expertise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our US ERC Workforce Management team as a Senior Real-Time Analyst (RTA). You will be responsible for real-time monitoring of service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances, ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. You will also analyze forecasted details, draft way-forward plans, and ensure peak readiness and headcount hiring.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring shift responsibilities, such as interval level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, and productivity, and calling out for corrective/supportive actions
• Ensuring each org/skill adheres to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence
• Ensuring operational metrics, such as service levels, occupancy, PTL, and utilization, are met by all orgs/skills at a daily level
• Liaising with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned org/skill and working on gaps/opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics
• Ensuring timely closure of planning-related activities, such as training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, and BCP planning
• Mentoring and developing fellow RTAs with required WFM skills and knowledge
• Providing insights on metric misses with factual callouts and path to greens (PTGs)
• Ensuring expected processes are followed by operations and simplifying current processes to remove waste or non-value enablers
