Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues, participate in incident management processes, and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles. Requirements: Experience in IT, technical support, or data entry, preferably in a production environment. Familiarity with software applications such as Adobe, Nuke, Shotgun, Flax, Maya, Toon Boom Harmony, or equivalent VFX and animation tools. Knowledge of cloud and SaaS applications, including G-Suite and AWS. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues and provide creative solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
