As a critical member of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter, update, and maintain information across various systems and databases. Verify data accuracy by reviewing and cross-referencing source documents. Collaborate with internal teams remotely to collect, clarify, and validate missing or incomplete data. Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors promptly. Generate reports and summaries as needed for stakeholders. Manage and organize digital records in compliance with data security protocols. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management tools. Strong typing speed with high accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred). Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines while working remotely. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with CRMs or data management platforms is a plus.
