Position Overview
arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled Remote Data Entry & Analytics Specialist to join our growing Data Operations team. This role blends meticulous data entry, robust data‑pipeline engineering, and actionable insight generation. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Product, Executive, Design, and Engineering—to ensure data integrity, scalability, and accessibility across the organization’s entire analytics stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and validate large, complex data sets that satisfy both technical and non‑technical business requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain internal system enhancements, re‑architecting data infrastructure for increased scalability, optimized delivery, and automated governance.
- Develop and operate end‑to‑end ETL pipelines using AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda) and SQL technologies to support extraction, transformation, and loading of diverse data sources.
- Create analytical tooling and dashboards that translate raw pipeline data into actionable business insights on performance metrics, operational efficiency, and customer acquisition.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience designing and deploying cloud‑based data lake architectures, with a focus on AWS (or comparable cloud platforms).
