Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our team at American Airlines. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements by researching and communicating requirements to the HR Compliance team. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities: Support the HR Compliance team with duties including acquiring fingerprint/background check results, processing FBI fingerprints, and maintaining relationships with TSA, airport authorities, and other stakeholders Enter data into databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Conduct advanced investigations, create custom reports and dashboards, and standardize data for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service Review completed fingerprint applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in HR or a related field Preferred experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and TSA Clearinghouse database Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting Ability to interpret large data sets and create meaningful reports Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer: Competitive salary: $26/hour Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) program Opportunities for professional growth and development Remote work arrangement Dynamic and inclusive work environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and compliance, please apply now to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Analyst.
