The role involves building a pipeline, prospecting new business, and closing deals in connectivity and VoIP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect daily (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals)
- Book and run discovery with owners/decision makers
- Identify pain: outages, slow internet, billing insanity, bad call quality, multi-site complexity
- Build clear proposals and present options confidently
- Close deals and coordinate a clean handoff to delivery/ops
- Maintain CRM discipline (if it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen)
- Hit activity + pipeline + closed revenue targets consistently
- Daily prospecting cadence
- Weekly booked appointments from self-generated outreach
- Active pipeline with qualified opportunities
- Closed-won deals in connectivity and/or voice
Skills
- Have B2B sales experience (telecom, connectivity, VoIP, or adjacent)
- Can speak with decision makers and run a full cycle (prospect → close)
- Are disciplined, competitive, and coachable
- Don't need permission to work — just a target and a scoreboard
- Handle rejection like an adult and keep dialing
