Skills
• Current or former operational executive experience (CEO, COO, President, VP, EVP, GM)
• Proven track record of leading P&L operations of $50M+ revenue and $4M+ EBITDA
• 10+ years of leadership experience in the Aerospace industry
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, improve margins, and build strong management teams
• A vision for how you would acquire and grow a company in partnership with private equity
• Deep industry expertise and market knowledge in Aerospace
• Background in Construction or related fields
• Measurable results beyond general market growth
• Track record of creating significant shareholder value
• Experience driving strategic transformations and operational excellence
