Join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Leader, where you will have the opportunity to work from home and lead a team of senior client managers in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for American Airlines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our relationships with merchants, driving acceptance, and delivering value through innovative B2B solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for leading a team of 4 senior client managers, covering a portfolio of approximately 72 merchants in the shipping, cargo, and discount auto vertical. Your expertise in B2B sales, client relationship management, and industry knowledge will be essential in driving revenue growth and delivering value to our merchants.
