Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable project requirements and documentation
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and process improvements
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, highquality delivery aligned with ISO and contract standards
- Document and communicate findings, processes, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, including timely submission of corrective actions
- Promote a culture of integrity and continuous improvement across teams
Skills
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Handson experience designing, building, and maintaining reports or dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries (e.g., joins, aggregations) to support reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work off hours as requested
- Preference will be given to individuals who reside in, or are willing to relocate to, a recognized HUBZone area
