35-40 Hrs per week. Must be available 9am-4pm EST Mon-Fri. We are a growing real estate investment business focused on single-family properties. Our work includes acquisitions, renovations, property management coordination, and investor relations. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant who can handle administrative tasks and confidently communicate with sellers, vendors, and contractors.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable picking up the phone when needed.
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operations Support
Managing inboxes, CRM, and basic data entry
Organizing documents (contracts, invoices, photos, notes)
Updating property and lead tracking spreadsheets
Following up on tasks and keeping projects moving forward
Light research (vendors, properties, market info)
Cold Calling & Outreach
Cold calling homeowners from provided lists (script provided)
Asking qualifying questions and collecting accurate information
Setting appointments or flagging warm leads for follow-up
Logging call notes clearly in the CRM
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Calling contractors, handymen, and service providers
Requesting bids, timelines, and availability
Following up on quotes and scheduling
Relaying clear information between the business owner and vendors

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable making outbound calls (this is required)
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to follow systems but also think independently
Reliable internet and quiet calling environment
Experience with real estate, cold calling, or vendor management is a plus (not required)
