- Create A Content Plan In Collaboration With The Customer Trust Team Program Leaders.
- Lead Internal Reviews With Customer Trust Executives And Team Leaders.
- Work With Product, Technology, And Business Teams To Define Content For External Stakeholders So We Can Ensure External Perception Matches Reality.
- Define And Create New Customer Loyalty Content (Blog Posts, Newsletters, Stories, Press Releases).
- Act As Executive Speech Writer, Including Managing The Creation And Delivery Of Compelling Executive-Level Presentation Materials (Slides, Talking Points, Scripts, Messaging Documents And Customer Stories).
- Identify And Network With Internal And External Experts To Help You Create Content.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ Years Of Experience In Communications Or Journalism.
