This role is critical for ensuring smooth campaign execution and optimizing delivery through collaboration with sales and client services teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Services to deliver campaign trafficking, modifications, and internal ad operations
- Create and implement pixel-based data-capturing systems
- Perform quality assurance on campaign assets and pixels before launch
- Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Support in-platform trading activities such as budget adjustments and pacing optimizations
- Monitor live campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement alongside Client Services
- Provide expertise on campaign setup, trading, and optimization best practices
- Deliver post-campaign performance analysis and reporting with actionable recommendations
- Develop scalable processes and best practices for campaign execution
Skills
- Experience with Real Time Bidding and programmatic platforms (DSP, Ad Network, etc)
- Background in building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in creating and delivering pixel-based data capture systems
- Understanding of marketing concepts and business objectives
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Suite
- Ability to understand technical platform concepts and communicate them clearly
- Knowledge of the digital advertising sales landscape and trends
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with DV360, Meta, or Amazon platforms is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with political advocacy and email marketing campaigns
