What you’ll do as a Registered Nurse RN:
As a Home Health RN, you'll be at the heart of this mission.
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.
- Treatments, IV starts, Chest Tube Management, and Wound care.
- Educating and empowering patients and families on managing their health conditions and building confidence in self-care.
- Utilizing strong clinical assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and identify changes.
Who you are as a Registered Nurse RN:
- Minimum one year of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse recommended.
- Home care experience recommended.
- Adaptability, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
