• Guide buyers through home tours and purchase decisions
• Prepare and negotiate offers alongside clients and lenders
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and inventory
• Participate in coaching, goal check-ins, and accountability sessions
• Manage your pipeline using company-provided tech tools
• Provide exceptional service from first contact to closing
