Position Overview – Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you are the frontline champion who guarantees that passengers’ baggage, mail, and cargo are handled with precision, care, and speed. You will work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, collaborating with pilots, ground crew, and operations leaders to keep the airport moving smoothly.
