Position Overview – Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent)
As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you are the frontline champion who guarantees that passengers’ baggage, mail, and cargo are handled with precision, care, and speed. Key Responsibilities
- Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo between the aircraft and the terminal, ensuring each item arrives undamaged and on schedule.
