Ecommerce Project Manager for Beauty Brands (10-15 hrs/week, Daily Check-Ins)
Description:
We operate two fast-moving beauty brands and need a highly organized Project Manager to help coordinate freelancers, manage tasks, and ensure projects move forward smoothly.
You do NOT need a beauty background.
You do need excellent organization, fast communication, and consistent daily check-ins.
This role is part-time, with room to grow.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing PM task boards
• Assigning tasks to freelancers (designer, editor, ads VA, Klaviyo VA, Shopify developer)
• Following up daily to ensure deadlines are met
• Moving deliverables into “Needs Approval”
• Keeping all tasks organized and on schedule
• Preparing a short daily status update
• Preparing a weekly summary
• Uploading assets to Google Drive
• Assisting with basic operations tasks (no design/coding required)
Tools you must be comfortable with:
• Trello/Clickup
• Slack
• Google Drive
(Shopify basics are a plus but not required)
