The Adjuster is also responsible for, but not limited to: </p> <ul> <li>Investigating losses and identifying coverage issues</li> <li>Obtaining and reviewing evidence, reports, and medical records</li> <li>Establishing damages and reserves</li> <li>Processing payments</li> <li>Taking statements from insured’s, claimants, and witnesses</li> <li>Participating in Mediations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong></p> <p>$100,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD </p> <p>The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required. The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.</p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Active attorney license with at least 5 years of professional liability experience </li> <li>Prior experience adjusting Professional Liability and Error & Omission Claims </li> <li>Experience with Legal Malpractice preferred</li> <li>Active Adjuster license is preferred</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Strong organizational and computer skills</li> <li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize</li> </ul>
