You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and senior designers to help create thoughtful, user centered experiences. This role is ideal for an early career designer who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative design environment. What You'll Bring:      - 1–3 years of experience designing digital products or interfaces through internships, fulltime roles, freelance work, or strong academic projects (school projects are absolutely welcome)  - Familiarity with design systems (such as Material Design, Polaris, or similar)  - Working knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools to explore and test ideas  - Foundational understanding of Design Thinking and usercentered design principles  - Basic knowledge of UX/UI patterns, interaction design, and responsive design across desktop and mobile  - Ability to leverage Co-Pilot or other AI tools to help accelerate workflow (design exploration, copywriting, desk research, etc.)  - A portfolio that highlights at least one project involving discovery—showing your process from research and ideation through wireframes or prototypes, ideally with guidance from a UX lead or researcher  Impact You'll Make: - Support senior designers across the design lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to delivery—for products in identity protection, fraud, and credit experiences  - Help turn complex problems into clear, user friendly solutions using flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes  - Share design ideas and rationale early to help shape direction and uncover opportunities  - Assist in creating executive ready summaries to communicate concepts, research insights, and design decisions to partners and leaders   Champion Users & Insights   - Collaborate with UX researchers and insights partners to plan, synthesize, and apply user research  - Participate in usability testing and contribute to research documentation and discovery artifacts  - Advocate for user needs while learning to balance business goals and technical constraints  - Apply accessibility and ADA best practices to help ensure inclusive, usable experiences for all users   Collaborate Cross Functionally  - Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, legal, and compliance partners in an agile environment  - Clearly communicate design decisions through storytelling, presentations, and simple documentation  - Build alignment with cross functional teammates and learn how to influence decisions using user insights and data  This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
