Responsibilities
- Process and administer Insolvency related information onto Insolvency Link software
- Review and balances payments batches with a high degree of accuracy ensuring set service level agreements and audit requirements are met
- Maintain set service level agreements, meet audit requirements set out by clients
- Analyses documentation received from Trustees and actions according to set client processes and guidelines
- Utilize client’s proprietary software systems as required
- Build and maintain relationships within the Insolvency industry
Skills
- Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry, Collections, Litigation or Insolvency
- "Passion to Serve" Customer focus, self-motivated, assertive and able to learn quickly
- Demonstrated experience exercising sound judgment when analyzing problems by identifying the severity of the problem and the potential impacts of alternative solutions
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface effectively with a team and the ability to work independently
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, detail oriented
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional data entry and accuracy
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
- Bilingual (French) language skills would be an asset
