Key Responsibilities:
As a Primary Care Physician Resident with Optum, your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
- Hold a Medical Degree: Hold an M.D. or D.O. degree
- Be in Your Final Year of Residency: Be transitioning into your final year of residency or fellowship, or be in your final year
- Adhere to Telecommuter Policy: Adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy if working remotely
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Value-Based Care: Experience working in a value-based care model

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $33,280 to $41,700 annually (for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington residents)
