Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing Marketing and Business Solutions team. In this role, you will drive and achieve sales goals by building relationships with customers and managing the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve sales goals by building and developing relationships with both existing and new customers within your specific sales territory
- Handle all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to sales closing and account management
Skills
- 1+ years outside sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to schedule time effectively
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships
- Able to travel (overnight hotel stays) approximately 3 nights per month (during your first year, you will be required to attend training classes in Dayton, OH which will increase travel)
- Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
