We are seeking a passionate, licensed part-time outpatient therapist who is ready to provide high-quality, culturally responsive care within a growing, justice-aligned wellness organization.
Position Overview
As a Part-Time Outpatient Therapist, you will:
• Maintain a caseload (16–20 hours/week)
• Provide trauma-informed individual and group psychotherapy
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate client progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards
• Participate in clinical supervision and team consultation
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure continuity of care
• Utilize practice management and telehealth platforms effectively
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active NJ licensure (LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Trauma-informed foundation
• Strong ethical judgment and case conceptualization skills
• Availability for daytime and evening and/or weekend sessions
Preferred Experience
• Trauma-focused therapy and/or racial trauma
• Youth or Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD)
• Burnout or high-achieving professionals
• Multilingual or bilingual ability
• Experience serving historically marginalized communities
Compensation & Growth
• Part-time W-2 position (16–20 hours/week)
• $40–$65 per clinical hour (based on licensure and experience)
