What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide virtual support for practices during the rollout and ongoing adoption of the Keplr Care System
- Reinforce best practices through consistent coaching and modeling during system use
- Collaborate with practice leaders to identify areas needing additional coaching or support
- Track support sessions and follow-up items to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Review practice performance indicators and contribute recommendations for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an optical, optometry, or healthcare practice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a virtual setting
- Leadership experience strongly preferred, including roles such as practice manager or trainer
