We’re looking for dedicated, U.S.-based call center agents to join our fast-paced team. This is a remote position where you’ll help schedule healthcare appointments for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and provide meaningful service to senior citizens.
Position: Call Center Agent (Outbound) – Healthcare Scheduling
Location: Remote (U.S. Based Only)
Schedule: Multiple shifts available; 7-day operational coverage
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule healthcare appointments for senior citizens
• Make outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and patience
• Actively listen to callers and respond with clarity and care
• Use multiple systems while ensuring accurate and secure data entry
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
• Previous call center experience in a fast-paced setting preferred
• Excellent soft skills including empathy, patience, and clear communication
• Strong active listening skills to fully understand and address member needs
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with call center tools
• Must have the following technical setup:
o iCore 5 processor or higher
o Minimum 8 GB RAM
o Wired high-speed internet connection
o USB noise-canceling headset
o Quiet, distraction-free work environment
• Flexible availability across time zones (EST to PST)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with senior citizens
• Healthcare-related experience (e.g., medical scheduling, healthcare customer service)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment
• Self-motivated and reliable
