You’ll partner closely with Recruiting and HR to create a smooth, organized, and genuinely welcoming experience that reflects who we are as a team. This is also a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into broader HR or Talent Acquisition responsibilities over time. What You’ll Do - Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through start date - Send and track completion of new hire packets and documentation - Initiate and monitor background checks and pre-employment requirements - Communicate clearly and consistently with new hires to guide next steps - Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to support hiring workflows - Track onboarding progress and follow up to ensure timelines are met - Maintain accurate records in Paycom and Google Workspace - Support employee referral tracking and related processes - Ensure compliance with all onboarding requirements and regulations - Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and candidate experience
