The State of Utah is hiring an Office Specialist II for their Driver License Customer Service team. This role involves providing customer service in a call center environment, assisting the public with inquiries, and ensuring quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in a call center environment by responding to inbound phone calls
- Interact with customers to communicate information about all aspects of the Driver License Division in response to questions from the public
- Assist with questions which will range from very basic to very complex, including information about products and services the division provides
- Have extensive knowledge and understanding of the agency database and exercise judgment while applying a comprehensive knowledge of pertinent rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and offer suitable solutions
- Provide the public and others with information and assistance to complete forms and applications
