As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our Member Florists via phone and email. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries regarding statements and florist order disputes via email and phone, providing timely and professional resolutions.
• Process requests using internal computer applications, verifying and validating information provided by members prior to submission.
• Accurately document all calls in our 360 application, ensuring seamless tracking and follow-up.
• Consistently achieve key performance indicators and standards as defined by management, driving excellence in customer service.
• Provide customers with quality service by adhering to company policies, processes, and procedures, staying up-to-date on departmental memorandums, websites, and training materials.
• Participate in ongoing on-the-job training, including one-on-one sessions with management and peer coaching, to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business requirements.
