Marketing Tech & Content Coordinator Team: Growth / Marketing Manager: Marketing Manager Type: Full-Time · Remote Role Summary We’re hiring a Marketing Tech & Content Coordinator to help us scale our campaign operations and content delivery. This hybrid creative/technical role is perfect for someone who can manage content calendars, automate processes, and execute across digital channels with precision. You’ll work closely with the marketing team and international sales reps to keep everything running smoothly—from email sends to social posts to campaign analytics. Key Responsibilities Build and send email and SMS campaigns using HubSpot or HighLevel Keep social media accounts up-to-date, engaging, and on-brand Manage and maintain a 30-day content calendar with multiple formats Create lightweight visuals and video edits using Canva, CapCut, or Figma Use Zapier or Make to automate recurring tasks and sync data between systems Analyze performance using Sheets/Excel and present clear results Support sales enablement with process docs and how-to guides for global teams What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of hands-on experience with marketing CRMs (HubSpot preferred) Demonstrated success running cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social) Ability to build and troubleshoot basic workflow automations Visual and video content creation skills (please share examples) Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for performance tracking English fluency; Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus Bonus Experience Worked in a fast-paced agency environment Familiar with AI tools for content creation Background in recruitment marketing or sourcing Able to tweak HTML/CSS in email templates What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Deliver a high-performing nurture campaign (≥20% open rate, ≤1% unsubscribes) Publish a full month of social content on time Cut campaign setup time by 25% through automation Launch a simple live lead tracking dashboard Perks & Benefits Fully remote, async-first culture Access to budgets for upskilling, design tools, or AI credits Your work will directly drive revenue and brand growth Originally posted on Himalayas
