Job Description:
• Drives the omni-channel strategy for Fully Accountable’s Financial Solutions service offerings
• Manages campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects from first touch through signed agreements
• Collaborates cross-functionally with BELAY marketing channel owners, sales, creative, and business development to develop high-impact campaigns
• Owns and maintains a content calendar aligned to campaign milestones, buyer journeys, and key business events
• Leads the organic social media strategy and execution for the Fully Accountable brand
• Uses analytics and reporting to track performance and continuously refine content and campaign strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of experience in content creation for a brand
• Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive lead generation and pipeline goals while effectively supporting multiple buyer personas
• Deep understanding of omni-channel content distribution, especially across paid search, paid social, SEO, and video
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive leadership
• Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms is a plus
