Manufacturing Engineers (Process, Controls, Continuous Improvement) Multiple U.S. Locations | Onsite & Hybrid Opportunities $90K – $160K+ (higher for senior/specialized talent) Build What Powers Industry. What You'll Work On: • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, throughput, and cost efficiency • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) • Design, implement, and troubleshoot automated systems and production lines • Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to drive plant performance • Support capital projects, including equipment upgrades and new line installations • Analyze production data to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and waste • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards We're Looking For Engineers With Experience In • Manufacturing / Process Engineering • Controls Engineering (PLC, HMI, SCADA) • Industrial / Production Engineering • Continuous Improvement (Lean / Six Sigma) • Maintenance & Reliability Engineering Core Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) • 3–10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment • Experience with: • Process optimization and production support • Root cause analysis and problem-solving • Lean / Six Sigma methodologies • Strong ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced production environments Highly Desired Skills: • PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) • Experience with automation, robotics, or controls systems • Capital project leadership experience • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) • Experience in high-volume or continuous manufacturing environments Compensation: • $90K – $160K+ base salary • Higher for: • Controls / automation expertise • Multi-site or capital project leadership • Specialized industry experience • Full benefits packages vary by client Locations (High-Demand Markets) We are actively building pipelines in: • Midwest: Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin • Southeast: Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina • Texas & Gulf Coast: Houston, Dallas, Baton Rouge • Mountain West: Colorado, Utah • Mid-Atlantic: Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia Roles are typically onsite or hybrid depending on plant operations Our Differentiators (Why Engineers Work With Us) • Access to multiple active and upcoming roles—not just one opportunity • We match you based on skillset, goals, and location preference • Deep specialization in manufacturing and technical recruiting • Fast, transparent communication and real-time market insight • Long-term partnership approach—we support your career growth, not just placement Apply / Connect We are continuously aligning top engineering talent with high-impact roles across our client network.
