Job Description:
• Oversee accounting operations and resolution of accounting issues for clients.
• Utilize expertise in domestic and international fund accounting operations.
• Manage the daily accounting operation of assigned funds.
• Support annual audits and coordinate/onboard new funds.
• Serve as liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
• Prepare/review SEC filings and assist with distribution calculation and tax reporting.
• Communicate with external investment managers regarding fund inquiries.
Requirements:
• BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the fund services industry.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a daily processing environment.
• Must be able to work 10:30am to 7:30pm Eastern time zone
• Proficiency with fund accounting software.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
