As we continue to expand our partnerships with leading global publishers and societies, we are looking for someone who can own these relationships end-to-end and play a key role in growing and evolving them. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, solve business challenges, and deliver measurable impact for both CACTUS and our partners.   This role will impact revenue, improve digital performance, and enhance customer experience for a portfolio of publisher and society partnerships across Europe and the US. The role sits at the intersection of business, marketing, product, and data, and offers a unique opportunity to work across teams and influence strategic outcomes. Job responsibilities: - Own and grow a portfolio of global publisher and society partnerships, with a focus on revenue growth and account expansion - Identify growth opportunities across service mix, website performance, paid marketing, and customer experience - Track and analyze partnership performance using Power BI and Google Analytics (GA4) and convert insights into actionable growth plans - Work closely with partners to solve business and marketing challenges through data-driven solutions and CACTUS’ service offerings - Drive improvements in website traffic, user journey, and conversion rates through continuous testing and optimization - Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and BI teams to execute initiatives and deliver partner objectives - Ensure timely execution of projects, maintain strong partner relationships, and support new business and account growth opportunities Qualifications and prerequisites: - Atleast 5 years of experience business growth roles in sectors like e-commerce, D2C growth or a similar role - Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI - Strong understanding of digital ecosystems such as website development, marketing funnels, analytics, and content - Sharp business and marketing acumen with a problem-solving mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders - High ownership, action-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach Application process: Before applying, please ensure you meet the role requirements listed above and have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is advertised.
