Join Our Dynamic Real Estate Team as a Listing Admin! Are you an organized, detail-oriented team player with a passion for real estate, social media, and administrative work? We?re looking for a Real Estate Team Listing Coordinator to help us take our business to the next level! What You'll Do: ? Manage and coordinate all aspects of property listings, from start to finish ? Ensure seamless communication between clients, agents, and vendors ? Handle data entry and maintain accurate records for listings, transactions, and marketing campaigns ? Oversee and maintain team and individual agent social media accounts ? Create engaging content to boost brand visibility and attract potential clients ? Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and CRM management ? Support marketing efforts and listing promotions to maximize exposure What We?re Looking For: ? Highly organized with strong attention to detail ? Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with real estate databases & CRM systems ? Social media savvy ? experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more ? A team player with a positive attitude and strong multitasking skills ? Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment ? Experience in real estate, administration, or marketing is a plus! ? Must have VALID Drivers License! ?
