We are currently hiring a Licensed Pharmacy Technician with a focus on data entry to join our remote operations team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position ideal for highly organized individuals with strong attention to detail and a valid pharmacy technician license. Key Responsibilities: - Enter prescription orders into pharmacy systems with 100% accuracy. - Review prescriptions for completeness, legibility, and regulatory compliance. - Communicate with prescribers for clarifications or missing information. - Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. - Collaborate remotely with pharmacists and technicians on prescription workflows. - Assist with billing, insurance claims, and resolving order entry issues. - Support other data entry and pharmacy-related tasks as needed. Required Qualifications: - Active state pharmacy technician license (in good standing). - National certification (CPhT) strongly preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent typing and data entry skills (accuracy and speed). - Familiarity with pharmacy software systems (e.g., QS/1, PioneerRx, Rx30). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Reliable internet connection and secure home office setup.
