We're looking for an outgoing, friendly, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Generator and Customer Service Representative – Brand Ambassador. As a part-time team member, you'll work flexible hours on weekends, engaging with potential customers, educating them about our products and services, and creating a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the arenaflex brand at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities, showcasing our products and services to potential customers
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to create a positive customer experience
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve our products and marketing efforts, collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
- Work independently, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks to meet sales and customer service goals
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and innovations
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- An outgoing personality and a passion for interacting with people, with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Familiarity with the water treatment industry and our products, or a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge

- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed, with a flexible approach to scheduling

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success
