What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, trials, and oral arguments

- Support the legal team with document review and electronic discovery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current enrollment in an accredited law school
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Demonstrated interest in public service and/or litigation
- Interest in tort litigation, including personal injury and civil rights
- Familiarity with legal research tools like Westlaw or LexisNexis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a public law office, legal clinic, or government agency
- Coursework in constitutional law, evidence, or trial advocacy
- Familiarity with Maryland law and court procedures
