Role Snapshot: Company: Workwarp Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: a competitive salary Location: Remote Position: Data Entry Coordinator - Workers Comp - Remote    WORKERS COMP UTILIZATION REVIEW - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED  Manage and interact with Client and Clients staff on a daily basis  Assist with all client issue resolution in a timely manner  Receive via fax, e-mail, referrals (prospective, retrospective, concurrent, reconsiderations, and appeals) from providers and adjusters with requests for treatment, enter into proprietary software, and follow-through process until completed.  Obtain authorization from adjusters to proceed with the review for all provider referrals when required.  Assign UR requests to a physician reviewer based on protocols and state guidelines.  Pay close attention to detail and be timely with all responses either via telephone or email  Other duties as assigned:  Keep various logs  NOTE: Intake coordinators are subject to periodic, random QA reviews of their work for accuracy and adherence to protocol and best practices.
