The Role We're Looking To Fill: We're seeking an ambitious and creative marketing coordinator to join our team. As a marketing coordinator, you'll play a cross-functional role, requiring a unique blend of creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from ad creation to client support, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities: Manage the creative process and creation of ads Write and edit ad copy Oversee freelance team Aid in client support and communication Assist in onboarding processes (up to 100 clients a month) Manage templatized official client-facing company texts Analyze and adjust ad creatives based on performance Brainstorm new ideas for streamlining team processes Qualifications: Web and social media savvy A passion for creative writing Ability to meet aggressive deadlines Experience (or a strong interest) in working in a fast-paced startup environment The ability to transform product features and benefits into digestible, consumer-friendly copy Experience working within the Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs) Self-starter, capable of working and learning independently Desired Characteristics: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Takes initiative Organized An eye for detail Excellent people skills Strong communication skills The capacity to handle multiple tasks at a time Can work well remotely with frequent communication on a team Fast and efficient learner Performs well under pressure How to Apply: Ready to join our team?
