We're seeking a skilled and diverse individual to join our team, providing top-notch support to our customers through our web-based live chat console. As a Chat Specialist, you will:
- Quickly answer online chat requests and questions, showcasing extensive knowledge of our website, products, and services
- Engage in personalized, non-scripted conversations to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with our team to meet individual and company benchmarks, prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking with ease
- Utilize critical thinking skills, adaptability, and attention to detail to provide exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
- Typing speed of 75+ WPM (typing test available at https://www.typingtest.com)
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to navigate website pages, quickly identify information, and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable, with a career-oriented and professional mindset
- Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus, as is fluency in multiple languages
