Key Responsibilities: Oversee Business Resumption War room (BRCC) office maintenance activities, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. Manage Skyview Grounds Administration Vendor Agreements, including contract negotiations, approvals, and renewals. Conduct routine facilities maintenance inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions. Serve as the Skyview Grounds Lead Environmental Coordinator, driving sustainability and environmental stewardship initiatives. Collaborate with the facilities maintenance department on Skyview Grounds projects, providing support and expertise as needed. Process electronic payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks with precision and accuracy. Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalency required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Facilities maintenance experience, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge, is highly desirable. EPA/TCEQ environmental business/industrial site management experience is a plus. Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and database management. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and self-motivation skills are essential.
