Key Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for our esteemed clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Manage a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and communication with clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer data into our systems, including Boat Cloud and QuickBooks, while adhering to company procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and solutions to their needs.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and protocols, and adapt to new and existing systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, in person, and through email, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Required Skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
