About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our 100% remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times.
- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, adapting to new challenges and changes with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools.
