Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our patients and customers. Work Outline As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling patient and customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. - Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations. - Processing new patient enrollments, handling medication refills, and resolving missing medication data issues. - Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates. - Working collaboratively with our pharmacy team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service. - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Work Liabilities As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Utilizing our pharmacy systems to process patient and medication data, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations. - Handling patient medication demands, including refills and missing medication data issues. - Investigating and resolving complex issues, including missing medication data and clinical truncations (SIG codes). - Settling information section-related exceptions and resolving customer complaints. - Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates. Essential Capabilities To be successful in this role, you'll need: - A high school diploma or equivalent. - Essential computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and software usage. - Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing online forms. - Typing skills of at least 25 WPM, with the ability to type by memory and organize records. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics. Favored Capabilities While not required, we prefer candidates with: - At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. - At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office. - Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction. - Advanced typing skills of at least 35 WPM, with the ability to type by memory and organize records. - Familiarity with Spanish and English.
