Cytiva is a company dedicated to life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology, aiming to innovate for tangible impact. They are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to present and sell service offerings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage customer relationships through CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell service offerings primarily through remote channels (phone, email, virtual meetings), with occasional in-person visits
- Prospect, qualify, quote, and close new service business opportunities to deliver on quarterly and annual service revenue targets
- Demonstrate the value of service solutions and articulate Cytiva’s value proposition
- Generate proposals and prepare quotations tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Service, Equipment Sales, Strategic Account Managers, and Marketing to maximize sales potential
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage funnel forecast sales, and track customer interactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in the Life Sciences) or Associates degree and equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment
- Internal drive, focused on accountability and self-development
- Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred
- Knowledge/experience within a Service Organization or Service Provider is a plus!
- We prefer a candidate in the EST time zone for this role to support the territory
