About the Role
As a Fully Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality education to students in grades K-12. Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Educational Programs: Coordinate and administer personalized and group educational schemes and initiatives that are tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Continuous Assessment and Feedback: Conduct ongoing assessments of students' progress, providing monthly evaluations and actionable recommendations for enhancing curriculum aspects that require improvement.
- Parent-Teacher Communication: Foster a professional rapport with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress through regular updates and feedback sessions.
- IEP Meetings Participation: Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the development and implementation of tailored educational plans for students.

Qualifications and Background
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Master's Degree in Special Education: A postgraduate degree in Special Education or a related field, demonstrating your advanced knowledge and understanding of special education principles and practices.
- Valid Delaware State License: A valid teaching license issued by the state of Delaware, indicating your compliance with state-specific teaching standards and regulations.
