**Job Description**
As a Customer Experience Concierge in the Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver superior service, creating a memorable experience for our customers. You'll work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless interactions, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our esteemed Card Members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
* Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and turning customers into loyal enthusiasts
* Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
* Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
* Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners
**Lounge Hours of Operation:**
* Monday to Sunday: 5:00am - 10:00pm (subject to change due to business need)
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers (preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry)
* Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
* Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
* Ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the customer
* Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
* Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
* Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer's experience
* Resourcefulness and ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
* Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
* Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
**Salary and Benefits:**
* Competitive hourly salary range: $20.00 to $22.12
