You'll work closely with our customers, Operations team, Product team, and Customer Success team to resolve issues, provide feedback, and drive growth. Your exceptional soft skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer support will make you a valuable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Be the preferred entry points for customers facing difficulties on the platform and help them solve their pain and resolve their issues * Collaborate with Operations team, Product team, and Customer Success team to provide the best possible answer in the fastest way * Identify the repetitive bottlenecks that customers encounter to solve them in the most effective manner * Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how arenaflex can better serve them * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolution * Stay up-to-date on product development and latest releases * Contribute to the development of a rich knowledge base * Bring in new ideas to delight our customers **About You** * You thrive on delivering exceptional service and are dedicated to ensuring our customers feel heard and valued * You excel at identifying and resolving customer issues promptly, with a commitment to resolving issues with empathy and efficiency * You're a quick learner, able to absorb a quantity of new information and adapt to changing situations * You have strong empathy skills, a real desire to help customers, and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic * You love talking to people, feel comfortable approaching them with a problem-solving mindset, and are thorough in your approach * You're organized, with excellent coordination skills, and a pro at efficiently multitasking and solving issues in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of CRM tools would be a plus * You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a preference for startup and Fintech environments * You're able to work UAE hours (9am - 6pm) following the UAE Calendar (Monday - Friday, public holidays, etc.) **What We Offer** * You'll work with an international team of experts, with the freedom to explore and suggest new ideas * You'll learn new things and enter a sector that's growing and will have a direct impact on the company's future * You'll be involved in a seed-stage startup backed by prominent international investors, with opportunities to collaborate with successful Fintech scale-ups **Don't Hesitate, Apply!** We value a great attitude and a willingness to learn above all.
