Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team on a hybrid basis, working onsite Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays. As a Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
- Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including stories, Reels, and other formats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and make recommendations for content and strategy.
- Utilize tools like Sprout Social to streamline social media management and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with our manager to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and engage with relevant content to expand our reach.
- Assist with marketing tasks, product launches, and promotional activities to drive business results.
- Provide weekly reports on social media performance and sentiment to inform future strategies.
- Oversee customer support on social platforms, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
Essential Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprout Social or similar platforms.
